Can I switch between Premium and Pro?
Yes, anytime from your billing portal. Upgrades are pro-rated (you only pay the difference for the remaining period); downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No fees, no contracts, no questions asked.
Is there a Pro Annual?
Not yet — we currently bill Pro monthly only because the value of Pro features (CLV alerts especially) is most useful evaluated month-to-month. If demand is strong we'll add Pro Annual at €499/year. Email us if you'd commit to that.
