Data we collect
- Email address and account details when you register, subscribe or contact us.
- Plan, membership and payment status needed to grant access.
- Attribution and analytics data such as page path, referrer, campaign tags, country and anonymous visitor ID.
- Business inquiry details when you submit a B2B form.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. TIPERO does not store full card numbers. We store billing status and payment metadata needed to manage subscriptions, refunds, access and revenue reporting.
If you join the newsletter or trial flow, we may send product emails, trial reminders and free-pick updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Analytics
We track site usage and campaign attribution so we can understand which pages, sources and offers create signups and paid customers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account, billing and analytics records as long as needed to operate TIPERO, meet accounting obligations, prevent abuse and improve the product.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@tipero.app. Some billing or security records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business need.
