Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to access betting-related content in your location and be old enough under local law. Do not use TIPERO where sports betting information or wagering is prohibited.

No guaranteed winnings

Predictions are probabilistic. Even positive-ROI systems have losing days, losing weeks and variance. You are responsible for your own staking, bookmaker decisions and compliance with local laws.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans and trial terms are shown at checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe. Access may be limited or removed if a payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or the service is abused.

Refunds

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancelling stops all future charges. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Purchases made before 7 October 2026 keep the refund terms that were shown at the time of purchase. Contact info.tipero@gmail.com for refund requests.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape or redistribute paid picks without permission.
• Do not try to bypass access controls, API limits or account restrictions.
• Do not use TIPERO to break bookmaker, platform or local legal rules.

Service changes

TIPERO may change features, models, pricing, availability and content as the product evolves. We aim to keep the track record honest and avoid fabricated results or testimonials.
