Who qualifies for the 30-day guarantee?
All TIPERO Annual subscribers. The 30-day countdown starts on your first paid invoice (after the 7-day free trial). Owners of Pro Annual (when launched) will be covered under the same policy.
Are monthly plans covered?
The 30-day refund guarantee is exclusive to Annual subscribers. Monthly plans use the standard cancel-anytime model — cancel before the next billing date in your account portal and you won't be charged again. Past monthly charges are non-refundable.
Can I claim if I used the picks for a month and lost money?
Yes. There are no usage clauses or performance conditions. If TIPERO didn't deliver value to you within 30 days for any reason — including a losing month — the refund is yours.
What if I claim on day 31?
The 30-day window is firm because Stripe's chargeback dispute window has practical limits and we want a clean, predictable policy. If you have an unusual circumstance, email anyway — we honour edge cases when fair, on a case-by-case basis.
Can I get the trial AND the guarantee?
Yes — they stack. Day 1-7: free trial, no charge. Day 8 onward: paid Annual subscription, 30-day refund window starts on day 8. Net result: you have effectively 37 days from signup to evaluate and claim your money back.
Will I lose access immediately on refund?
Yes. The refund cancels your Annual subscription, so premium access ends with the refund processing. Any picks you've already viewed or downloaded remain yours.
Is the guarantee abused?
Rarely. Most refund requests are honest evaluations and we process them without friction. Repeated signups + refund requests from the same identity are flagged at the Stripe level and may be denied.
